Hooray, we are one today! While we celebrate with a flute of fizz (or perhaps just a cup of tea) we wanted to share a round-up of some of our most favourite posts over the last year. Thanks so much to each and every one of you for all you have done to make Rock My Style what it is today.

We’ve seen our little community grow month on month so some of you might not have seen all of the articles from our archives. Let’s delve in shall we.

Four Walls

Everyone loves a good home tour! One of our very first features had a good old snoop around the beautiful Edwardian terrace of Abigail Warner. You loved her romantic and minimalist style and we all wanted to move in.
After talking to a friend on the difficulties of finding the right neutral paint, I chatted about my own choices in ‘The Right White’ back in April. Loads of helpful suggestions came in from our readers and led on to the ‘Fifty Shades of Grey’ feature rounding up my favourite greys.

The Closet

Nearly a year ago, Adam photographed Charlotte for a maternity style feature wearing her winter to spring transitional pieces. With a super cute bump this fashion post is must for any pregnant ladies. If you’re not in the pre or post-natal way then Miranda’s very insightful denim dilemma had us all discussing our favourite jeans.

Mirror, Mirror

Towards the end of summer, Charlotte spoke about her best beauty investment. Turns out it wasn’t a fancy piece of make-up, no it was braces. It turns out many of you have joined Mrs O’Shea with dental endeavours too.

Expensive face creams turned into quite a discussion when our beauty queen mentioned her quest for ‘gleaming poreless flawlessness’. Lots of you shared your skincare favourites in this post.

Caffeine

Our coffee break section features everything from ballerinas to books with a huge dose of bouncing babies.
Back in July we were delighted to have a tour around the office of Sundari Kumar, AKA ‘The Wedding Stylist’. This careers feature had sequins, glitter and polka dots as well as inspirational words.

Back to babies and one little lady has taken centre stage since March. Mabel’s adventures have been keeping us all entertained, so much so we even added a maternity section after the blog was launched.

Culinary

Charlotte’s clean eating journey began at the start of summer 2014 and it’s been facinating to hear about the dietry changes and habits we are all adapting. This post is worth checking out for some healthy lunch ideas.

If you’re after something a little bit naughty than Charlotte from Buttercream and Dreams as had us all on a sugar high for the last year. Her easy chocolate truffles proved very popular.

Wanderlust

Finally our travel section has proved we all love a holiday! In fact Miranda’s Travel Wishlist feature last week suggested you guys are extremely well travelled and you have some very exciting things to look forward to this year.
Closer to home there were some brilliant suggestions for a romantic break in the UK (definitely worth checking out if you’re planning an anniversary trip).

A whistle-stop tour of 52 weeks of posts. Phew, here’s to the next year of Rock My Style, it’s going to be a good one.
