I’m still in denial that Monday marks the first day of June. Seriously where is this year going? As the month draws to a close here’s some links we’ve been loving from around the internet.
- Photographer Mae Burke shares her experience of settling into a new skin after giving birth no less than three times.
- I know I always pull out my favourite decor element in these posts and this one is no exception. The rug in this ‘Where The Wild Things Are’ themed baby shower is absolute perfection. Have a gander at MyDomaine to take a peek at this whimsical celebration.
- It’s around twenty minutes long (I had it on in the background while I was checking emails) but Natalie Portman’s Harvard keynote speech is well worth a listen. Check out her excellent life advice over on Who What Wear.
- Did you know Zara have recently launched a maternity line? (spotted by a reader Vicky and mentioned in the comments on Lolly’s baby boy fashion post).
- I first tasted granita while holidaying in Sicily several years ago and adored the refreshing taste. I’m keen to give this coconut chia pudding with passion fruit granita. Nip on over to The Artful Desperado to check out the delicious recipe.
- My instagram feed seems to be full of images of sunny places in the UK. Please feel free to send some sun to Northamptonshire as it’s non existent here! When the weather finally does get brighter I’ll be taking heed of some of the tips in The Everygirl’s outdoor space feature.
Have a wonderful weekend and if you get a sec do sign up for our newsletter. We’re introducing a new look next week with lots of unique content.
Ummm… Zara maternity wear??? YES PLEASE!
I know Maddy! You heard it here first 😉
For anyone interested in the zara maternity – after I saw the comment on here I promptly went online and initially I ordered the coated jeans, so hard to find non-frumpy maternity stuff everywhere else and they looked a bit more interesting! I’ve worn them once already this week and I really like them, might order a few more things! Thanks RMS for the heads up! Xx
