All of a sudden it seems to have got very chilly. In my view one of the best things about Autumn is the fashion and so today it’s all about knits. Not just any woollen wear though, this is bargainous knitwear – all these beauties are under £30.
The Grunge Knit | Boohoo | £18
This grungy dark grey marl knit cardi from Boohoo would look uber cool for a casual daytime look. You could pair with skinny jeans and a printed tee for the perfect autumn afternoon look. We have it on good authority there’s 20% off knitwear tomorrow and Saturday too using coupon code ITSAWRAP.
No Fastenings| Peacocks | £20
I’m loving this Longline Cardigan from Peacocks. The lack of button detailing makes for a stylish and sleek addition to your wardrobe and lends itself well to layering over tees and shirts.
The Cape | Jane Norman | £25
A cape is an essential for this season’s wardrobe. This black and white check one from Jane Norman would go with a multitude of outfits from casual to dressy.
The Boyfriend Knit | PrettyLittleThing | £15
A slouchier style is so easy to throw on when there’s a chill in the air. I particularly like the zip detail to liven up this plain knit from Pretty Little Thing.
The Fluffy Jumper | New Look| £28
Nothing says cosy like a fluffy knit and New Look’s Fluffy Pocket Jumper is super soft. I reckon combining with a leather skirt or leggings would add a bit of edge.
Button Detailing | Warehouse | £28
It’s always useful to have a selection of plainer well fitting knits for the cooler months as they’re versatile enough to wear on their own or layer with another top. The cuff detailing on this Warehouse Khaki jumper adds a little pizzazz to the plain.
The Bright Jumper | Oasis | £25
This year in particular there’s a multitude of muted shades for sale. It’s great to see Oasis breaking the mould with a huge selection of textured lightweight knits with colours from mustard through to a jewel toned purple.
The Loose Knit | H&M | £19.99
This loose knit grandad style cardi from H&M is the perfect layering tool for warm autumn days and cooler nights. It would be great with battered ankle boots for daytime chilling or dress it up with skinny jeans and heels for a night out with the girls.
The Novelty Jumper | Marks and Spencer | £29.50
Now by novelty I don’t mean Christmas, I’m thinking something snazzy yet stylish. I’ve had my eye on this star print M&S for a while and think it would just be the thing to break up a dull outfit.
The Jumper Dress | Next | £30
I’m a big fan of the jumper dress especially when combined with the thickest of tights. I love the fleecy lined ones from Primark. This little stripy number from Next is a big hit with me.
The Mock Neck| Forever 21 | £21
I’ll be honest, I’ve never been too convinced by the mock turtleneck style but this Forever 21 brushed knit sweater could sway me. There’s limited sizes left in the cream variation but there’s also a snuggly hunter green version available.
Love the starry one from M&S! x
Me too Katie! x
The New Look one is my favourite! I love the leather look trim.
It looks so snuggly Claire. Perfect for this time of year x
M&S have 20% off online at the moment I received an email about it this morning. Code OCT15EM. Makes the jumper even better value!
Oh no! The M&S jumper’s gone out of stock! It was there when I checked last night 🙁
I went to purchase it first thing this morning and was fooled into thinking there was some left in stock, but when I tried to pop it into my basket they’d sold out – gutted isn’t the word. 🙁 xx
I’m 110% getting that green cardigan from H&M once pay day arrives! So many great comments about it on Instagram that I feel that it needs to be in my life!
