Thanks so much for all the love yesterday. We are tickled pink that you like what you’ve seen so far and we have so much up our sleeves to share with you in the next few weeks and months.

So moving on to the big V Day. Ever so slightly overrated and can be quite frankly depressing for some. Who remembers the the Carrie and Miranda restaurant scene in the SATC movie?

I can’t really ever think of a time when Mr C has sent me a dozen roses but we do mark the occasion with a rather fancy card. I like to choose something a little unique and I’ve been lucky enough to receive some beautiful handcrafted creations from my other half – including one where he photographed himself in various positions (fully clothed of course) to make out the letters that spell Valentine’s Day. Very original I thought.

On that note, we’ve trawled Etsy and dashed to Paperchase to bring you a hand picked selection of our favourite Valentine’s stationery. They’re all from UK sellers so you can get your hands on them in two shakes of a lambs tail.
Here are a few suggestions to send a loved one on the 14th of February.

A Slice of Pie. The One I Love Quote | £2.50

There are some really sweet cards in the range that are great for friends too. I have sent the ‘I would like to see more of you please‘ one to my friend and she loved it.

Little Green Leaves. Mwah | £2.00

We have it on good authority that this card will back on sale very soon. In the mean time you can request your very own custom order.

Paperchase. Bloody Gorgeous & I Like You | Both £2.50 each (Available in store)

As always, cute and cheeky, great quality cards from Paperchase.

Oh No Rachio. Hello Handsome | £3.80

Hand lettered in white ink on kraft paper, the envelope also features gorgeous detailing. Very Shanna Murray-esque.

Meticulous Ink. You are Lovely | £3.95

You might not be quite able to see in these photos but there is really subtle letterpress detail. The tissue envelope liner is a beautiful touch too. We’ve contacted the seller and the card will be available to buy before Valentine’s Day.

Ooooh and just before you mention it, I realise I’ve cheekily squeezed in six cards into our ‘five cool things‘ section. As there are just five sellers I thought I’d be able to get away with it this time.

What are you sending your beau this Valentine’s Day? Do you opt for an exchange of cards, or do you like to swap a gift or two?[/ezcol_2third]
