  • With a timetable full of fun but effective classes Frame has long been one of my fave places to workout. This week they launched a fitness wear collab with Whistles. It’s ace. I’ve, er, invested heavily in the collection 🙂 Oh and that’s Emily, one of my fave yoga teachers, on modelling duty in the picture above.
