Last week we covered Christmas beauty products you need and Charlotte continued the dirty enabling action on in her post on Saturday which you can read here. Apologies in advance if you’re getting ever so slightly sick of all the festive posts, it’s just that we’re so very excited this year and Black Friday is a-coming to boot. We want to make sure you’re fully prepped and prepared!

Today’s post is all about inspiring you on your hunt for Christmas presents for your best girls, be they your friends, your siblings or your Mum. Hell we’ve even included some goodies that your Gran would be proud to receive.

Anthropologie

Anthropologie are nailing it this year with awesome token gifts that are girly, chic, practical and which don’t break the bank either. All in all completely and utterly perfect for purchasing for your favourite girlfriends.

For the monogram obsessed female look no further than this ribboned keyring which comes complete with chosen letter, chain, silk ribbon (the colours of which vary piece by piece) and a lobster claw clasp and all at a bargainous £14. Be quick though as some letters have sold out….

For the intrepid traveller then it’s all about this fortune cookie shaped cord holder which keeps unruly headphones and cables tidy and which is made from Polyurethane vegan leather so kind to animals too. I have a feeling Lauren would like this one…Yours for only £16.

For the interior design enthusiast, you won’t go far wrong with this rustic bronze antler, ideal for adding a woodland accent to bookshelves and mantlepieces. Handy as a paperweight, the piece comes in two different sizes so you could purchase both if you’re feeling super generous.

For the wine connoisseur, why not add to her bar cart paraphernalia with this citrus inspired bottle opener. She can serve drinks in style with this sophisticated, handmade lemon wedge. Both practical and pretty, the piece will look fabulous even when it’s not in use.

And for the fashion queen? Well allow me to present this set of three hair slides with an astronomical theme. Reminiscent of The Great Gatsby girls, you can be sure the lucky recipient of such a gift will glitter her way through the party season.

Etsy

It was Lisa that spotted this little beauty of a makeup bag on Etsy and once I’d clapped eyes on it, my cynical heart was sold.

Made from canvas with a metal zip, the bag is available in three sizes and printed with glittery vinyl. I’m seriously considering buying one for all my friends…

Hobo Soy Candles

Laura’s top tip are these beautiful candles by Hobo which are already lovingly packaged in a handy gift box and thus a gift ready made for your recipient (without having to do any work whatsoever 😉 ). The citrus and basil scent is the perfect reminder of the summer just gone with its combination of zesty lemon, lime and mandarin with herbal notes of basil bringing back lovely memories even in the depths of Winter.

Toast

For the chocolate connoisseur it’s got to be one amazing bar (or ten!) of milk chocolate goodness from The Pump Street Bakery and available at Toast where a plethora of other lovely presents await. Apparently this bar is mellow yet slightly nutty in flavour, bittersweet with milky undertones; sounds good enough to eat….oh wait…

Smythson

Charlotte treated the RMLTD team all to a lovely Smythson notebook for Christmas one year and it really was the loveliest gift to receive (especially for all of us prolific list makers!) as we wrote in it in style.

Inspired by the Panama diary invented in 1908, this notebook is lightweight, portable and oh so chic. Inside 128 leaves of gilt-edged, pale blue featherweight paper awaits your delicate scrawls (or in my case illegible!). Perfect for those who love to write or jot daily wonderings.

Hush Homewear

Last year Hush produced some cracking gift sets for Christmas gifting, one of which we gave away in our Rock My Christmas competition on Instagram (which by the way reminds me to mention that we have another AMAZING giveaway coming up very soon so stay tuned!) and this year is no exception. I’m particularly enamoured with their Robin PJ gift set since every man and their dog raves about the quality and comfort of their nightwear designs.

This particular set is the ultimate gift for those girls who adore a cosy night in. Ruby Robin Pyjamas and your choice of delicious hush chocolate are presented in a stylish case-lined gift box for maximum appeal….if anyone’s asking I’ll have the milk rose chocolate flavour 😉

The White Company

I’m a bit of a White Company fan and every year without fail I pop a pair of their Cashmere bed socks onto my ‘coveted’ list. So far Santa has always come up trumps which makes me a very lucky girl indeed. I love the quality of the product and on a cost per wear basis they’re worth every penny; I’ve actually worn some pairs so much that there are holes in the heels and balls of the socks. This year they’ve added a rather fetching grey and white striped pair to their seven strong collection!

For the floral enthusiast, why not purchase them a beautiful vase to pop their blooms in. A particular favourite of mine has got to be the Thornbury design which is currently in the sale at only £17.50! Simple and elegant, this vase has been mouth-blown from beautiful soda lime glass. I love the slanted, contemporary shape which lets the vase do the flower arrangement for you.

Mums and Grans always love receiving photos of their family so why not up the ante and present them with some snaps encased in Mother of Pearl…well this photo frame to be exact. Made with natural mother of pearl and then tiled, finely smoothed and trimmed with a silver-plated border, the frame is available in both white and grey colour tones so should go with most interior schemes. Currently in the sale at £35, I wouldn’t say no to such a lovely gift.

John Lewis

Katie Loxton accessories add that little bit of luxe to your life without breaking the bank. From candles, to makeup bags, diffusers and keyrings; I’m loving this grey hued tasselled keyring from her brand with gold toned details. And it’s under a tenner too!

If you’ve got a secret santa you just haven’t a clue what to buy for then you won’t go far wrong by purchasing a box of pink heart champagne truffles from Charbonnel Et Walker. I’m not going to lie, I love these chocolates so much that I’ve actually hidden them from Ste whenever I’ve been bought them to prevent him from gobbling them up. I’m so mean!

Beauty

I particularly love selecting beauty products for stocking fillers and Laura has recommended this awesome Sculpting Highlighting chubby stick from Clinique as one of her must-have presents. This creamy contouring stick creates the illusion of depth, is long-wearing and oil-free to boot!

For serious beauty fanatics it’s worth treating them to a Beauty Box Subscription at Look Fantastic. One month, three month, six months and lastly twelve month subscriptions are all available…the longer you sign up the cheaper it is. Starting from only £11.25 each month, the lucky recipient will get amazing products each month full of brand new goodies to try. This month is focused on helping you shine bright in time for the party season.

For those girlies who love their tresses why not treat them to a bottle of strengthening oil by Grow Gorgeous. By the end of the party season they very well might need it! This product is a lightweight hair oil that helps to strengthen, protect and restore shine back into weak, brittle hair that has been damaged by UV rays, pollution, and excessive brushing and combing. I’m considering investing in a bottle myself!

For an instant beauty fix, a stocking filler or even just an extra bonus gift I love the idea of giving a pair of false eyelashes…hell who am I trying to kid? I want them for myself. These ‘Into Darkness’ false eyelashes from Eylure are lightweight and reusable and possess a graceful, wispy design for subtle elegance.

For those pregnant ladies looking for a bit of pampering, I can recommend this Saviours Kit from Mio Skincare. It includes a tub of The Tummy Rub Butter – an award-winning stretch mark cream that helps protects tummies (and boobs, hips and thighs) from pregnancy stretch marks, a tube of
Pregnancy Boob Tube Bust Cream to help skin feel firmer and relieve aching boobs, a bottle of Lucky Legs to help instantly soothe sore, swollen legs and feet and the Liquid Yoga Space Spray to help calm, quieten, de-stress and rebalance.

And last but no means least, for Grans it’s all about the totally organic nourishing hand cream from Green People. Suitable for very dry hands and sensitive skin the package can be displayed as a tree hanger or popped in someone’s stocking. Plus you can feel all warm and glowy about yourself as a donation from each gift sold goes to Butterfly Conservation to protect British butterflies, moths and the environment.

Phew! That’s the end of my round-up. If any of you have any wonderful ideas on the best Christmas presents for girls then do share your thoughts in the comments box below; we’re always open to a little bit more dirty enabling….
