Some people would say my addiction to Instagram is unhealthy. I disagree. As well as regular updates on what my friends near-and-far are up to, my feed is full of hand-standing yogis, motivational quotes and beautifully-styled fruit-and-veggie-packed dishes.

What a lovely account, have followed. I’m a big fan of brunch, always looking for inspiration for my favourite meal, I’ve been stuck in a bit of a porridge rut recently!
you should check out @ellypear, she owns a cafe in bristol and journals her 5:2 healthy meals on instagram..they really are fantastic! Her non-fast day meal photos are even better!
