I could have spent FOREVER poring over the details and styling of our home tour last week, which featured the downstairs of Leoma’s beautiful and elegant Victorian home. (The chandeliers! Those gallery walls! That gorgeous deep-blue sitting room!).

So what better way to end the week than with a peek inside the upstairs rooms? And make sure you hop over to Rock My Family when you’re done swooning over these photos, as today we’ve also got a tour of the playroom and Alexa and Sebastian’s rooms.

Landing

This landing is one of the things that sold the house to me, it is such a nice open area.

Master bedroom

We widened the chimney breast in the master bedroom so we could fit the bed off of it and recently painted it a gorgeous Farrow & Ball pink ground, it took a bit of persuading my husband, but it worked! I also painted the existing drawer unit blue and put new handles on it.

Ensuite bathroom

The ensuite has been painted in Farrow & Ball oval room blue, which I love, it works so well with Farrow & Ball black blue, which is the colour I chose for the bath and units.

Guest bedroom

This was originally our daughter’s room for four months while we did work to the house and has since become a guest bedroom. We ripped out the carpet and painted the original floor boards in Eico Antique white, the walls are are painted in Early Dawn by Sanderson, we also had one radiator left from downstairs, which we popped into the room. The rug is an original Boucherouite from Turkey, which I found at Emilys House London, and the chest of drawers I rescued from a skip outside someones house many years ago. We added new handles and painted it white.

Stunning, no?!
