I could have spent FOREVER poring over the details and styling of our home tour last week, which featured the downstairs of Leoma’s beautiful and elegant Victorian home. (The chandeliers! Those gallery walls! That gorgeous deep-blue sitting room!).
So what better way to end the week than with a peek inside the upstairs rooms? And make sure you hop over to Rock My Family when you’re done swooning over these photos, as today we’ve also got a tour of the playroom and Alexa and Sebastian’s rooms.
Landing
This landing is one of the things that sold the house to me, it is such a nice open area.
Master bedroom
We widened the chimney breast in the master bedroom so we could fit the bed off of it and recently painted it a gorgeous Farrow & Ball pink ground, it took a bit of persuading my husband, but it worked! I also painted the existing drawer unit blue and put new handles on it.
This was originally our daughter’s room for four months while we did work to the house and has since become a guest bedroom. We ripped out the carpet and painted the original floor boards in Eico Antique white, the walls are are painted in Early Dawn by Sanderson, we also had one radiator left from downstairs, which we popped into the room. The rug is an original Boucherouite from Turkey, which I found at Emilys House London, and the chest of drawers I rescued from a skip outside someones house many years ago. We added new handles and painted it white.
Oh I am such a huge fan of your Instagram Leoma. Your house is absolutely divine. All the applause (and all the love for the kids rooms as well). What a wonderful start to a Friday!!
Thank you Lucy! The cupboard is form Ikea I just painted it in Farrow and Ball Black and Blue and changed the handles. The vanity unit was made by a carpenter. x
I would love to know where your bedroom chandelier and picture frames are from? They are such a great pairing. We live in an amazing ancient beamed rectory, and I’ve struggled to find inspiration that isn’t shabby chic – I’m about to pin this entire house!
Hi there, beautiful home you have, I’ve pinned it all!
Where is the rug in your master bedroom from? I’ve been after something just like it.
Many thanks
Love this! Where are your picture frames from? Am keen to do something similar in our bedroom and haven’t quite been able to find the right thing, but these look perfect (and helps that we have the same colour walls!)
The link for playroom and children’s rooms isn’t working. Looking forward to seeing them!
Oops…it should be working now. Thanks Jade, enjoy!

Beautiful! I love the blush, mustard and grey rug on the landing, if I could cheekily ask where it’s from?
