In an effort to simplify my life I’ve cut down on the amount of day-to-day clothes I buy however my workout wardrobe continues to grow at an alarming rate. While I can’t always justify a splurge on the high street, I tell myself that buying cute workout kit is an investment in my health (well it is, sort of, right?!). And these days it’s so damn stylish you can get away with wearing it, well, almost anywhere. Here’s five of my favourite fashion-meets-fitness brands.

Every Second Counts

Fashion stylist and fitness enthusiast Sally Dixon has combined her two passions to create new workout wear line Every Second Counts. The debut collection comprises crop tops and vests in zingy shades, burnout tees, sleek leggings and post-workout kit in (my fave) grey marl. Look out for the mantras inside key pieces – so inspiring!

Topshop x Adidas Originals

The Topshop design team has raided the Adidas Originals archives to create Topshop x Adidas Originals, a 20-piece collection that includes t-shirts and running shorts in luxe fabrics, classic pieces in prints inspired by the London skyline and a slim-fit reworking of the three-stripe tracksuit. Launching March 20th, see you in the queue!

Mango Sport

All of your running and yoga needs are covered by Mango’s Sport line, which includes windbreakers, shorts, leggings, loose-fit t-shirts, strappy vests, relaxed hoodies, harem pants and gym bags in sleek black and pretty soft pastels. Even better, prices start at £9.99 and nothing costs over £45.

Free People Movement

Effortless, eclectic pieces like leggings in fun prints, tie-dye shorts, slouchy sweatpants and the prettiest crop tops and sports bras on the market make Free People Movement one of my favourite fitness lines. They recently launched a UK website so now you don’t need to take a trip to the States to invest.

Victoria’s Secret Sport

As you’d expect Victoria’s Secret Sport is big on sports bras in bright colours and attention-grabbing prints, but also includes tees, tanks, hoodies and workout trousers galore. Gorgeous Doutzen Kroes models much of the line which is all the fit-spiration I need to get myself on my bike and off to a yoga class.
