In a change to normal proceedings, for the final day of interiors week, Lauren, Lolly and I have each chosen two of our favourite homes on the whole of the internet for a Links We Like home tour special. Enjoy!
This Swedish apartment home tour that’s big on awesome carpentry details regularly pops up on Lolly’s Pinterest boards for very good reason.
You might know Pandora Sykes at The Sunday Times Style mag’s wardrobe mistress. As well as being an excellent wearer of clothes and writer of excellent words, she’s pretty good on the interior design front too. You can see glimpses of her home (and envy-inducing wardrobe) here, here and here.
Sarah Sherman Samuel’s faultless renovation of a Michigan cabin, to create a teeny but to-die-for holiday home, is Lauren’s first pick, because who doesn’t love a great before and after?
Lauren’s second pick is the home of Tori Hendrix from Sitting in a Tree who designs real-life weddings that look like editorial shoots. She’s THAT good! Lauren adores her 2011 home tour on Glitter Guide where glam boho meets a sequin extravaganza. (I found myself distracted by Tori’s pretty dresses and covetable shoe collection!).
Lolly loves this apartment for its peaceful and calming all-white colour scheme. You can see more of it here.
I’m into the mix of old and new, and white, wood and pops of colour in Design Love Fest’s Bri Emery’s LA living and dining room. Her white, light wood and blush bedroom is well worth a look too.
Do share your favourite home tours below, we’d love to see them!
This is a lovely little round up and so clever too, it’s almost like one of those flow chart quizzes “What’s your interiors style?” I love the colours in Toris house but boy does she have a lot of stuff! How can you keep on top of the dusting! Sleek Scandinavian looks are more for me I think, but the blush bedroom is a happy medium. Happy Sunday!
Glad you enjoyed it Lucy! Bri’s blush bedroom is just gorgeous isn’t it? Happy Sunday to you too!
