Some weeks ago I posted an image of myself on my personal Instagram with a caption about how I was working on fixing my diastasis recti and I was inundated with messages. There were so many questions from ‘what is diastasis recti?’ to ‘how do I know if I have it?’ and ‘what on earth can I do to fix it?’ It seems like quite a slow process to fix the problem but it’s so important to take your time.
